The Government of Pakistan has instituted the Allied Health Professionals Council (AHPC) with the aim of standardizing the field of Allied Health Sciences (AHS) disciplines. All universities offering DPT, AHS, and other relevant degree programs are required to register with the Allied Health Professionals Council in order to obtain recognition and approval. The AHPC oversees the registration process and issues notifications for the registration schedule for relevant disciplines and degree programs, including those in nutrition, psychology, BS MIT, and MLT.
